The business describes both styles as luxury braiding.

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, which can be moved to a new date once; any further reschedule needs a new deposit. The remaining balance can be paid by card, cash or Apple Pay. Clients need hair at least 4 inches long, and the hair itself is not included in the service and can be bought at the business's beauty supply. Wash and blow dry are included, and hair should arrive free of oils and grease for that step.

Timing rules are strict. A 15-minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee is charged. Clients more than 25 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and are charged the full price.
