The business was founded by Theresa Pinson, who owns and directs it, after a background in cardiovascular care, a leadership role at a Fifth Avenue clinic and management of a plastic surgery practice in New York. The team includes a skin care director and skin trainer, an esthetician, a medical assistant who focuses on BioTE hormone therapy, a nurse injector and the owner, who injects as well.

The menu is broad. Consultations come first for most services and cover general aesthetics, hormone therapy (BHRT), injectables, IV drips, medical weight loss, peptides, lasers and peels, facials and dermaplaning, and skin tightening and body contouring. A short consultation is offered before a first Botox appointment, and first-time Botox clients receive a two-week follow-up. Facial work ranges from HydraFacial, which the site says has no downtime and can be adjusted for sensitive skin, rosacea or active acne, to microneedling, peels and PRP facials. Each HydraFacial can be paired with a booster chosen for a specific concern.
