The waxing menu runs from small areas such as the chin, lip and underarm up to a full body wax that takes about 90 minutes and includes the legs, Brazilian area and underarms. The standard Brazilian covers the front, labia and back strip, while the inner thighs, stomach strip and under-butt or upper thigh are priced as add-ons. A first-time Brazilian rate is offered, and a Brazilian can be combined with a Hydrojelly mask. Clients are asked to let hair grow to at least 1/4 inch, or to wait three weeks after shaving, and to gently exfoliate 24 hours before a wax while avoiding lotions or oils that day. Waxing can be done during a period when a clean tampon or menstrual cup is used.
Intimate brightening is a peel-based system applied to external areas such as the underarm, back of the neck, labia, inner thighs, pubic mound and anal area. Ingredients named for the system include kojic acid, niacinamide, mandelic acid, fruit enzymes and gentle peels. A consultation is required for every first-time intimate brightening client, and it is free and takes about 20 minutes. The studio notes that results vary and that three to six sessions may be needed. Waxing or shaving should be kept at least one week away from sessions, laser hair removal at least two weeks, and waxing should be avoided five to ten days before. Aftercare products are required and are explained at the first visit, and an after care kit is also sold separately.
Booking requires a non-refundable 50% deposit, which goes toward the total and is needed to confirm any appointment. Arrivals have a five minute grace period, a $15 late fee applies after six minutes, and arriving ten minutes late may mean rescheduling with the deposit forfeited. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to keep the schedule on track. Changes need at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit and the full amount is charged to the card on file, and repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Hours run Monday 7:30 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday 7 AM to 9 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 10:30 AM to 9 PM, and the studio is closed Sunday.
The studio concentrates on intimate skin care, combining waxing, personalized vajacials and a peel-based brightening system. The studio says its brightening approach is a skin-safe alternative to bleaching that does not change natural melanin.
