Booking requires a $30 deposit, which is nonrefundable but credited toward the total. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment. A working email address is needed to receive the booking confirmation.
Clients who can't attend are asked to let the business know by email or text, or to cancel through their appointment link. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; after that a $10 late fee applies, and arriving more than 30 minutes late means the appointment must be rescheduled. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.
Same-day appointment requests should be made by text before arriving. Inquiries sent by email are answered within 24 to 48 hours. Business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
