Every new client starts with a 30-minute consultation for $50, held virtually or in person. It covers microlocs, Sisterlocks or extensions. The business contacts clients the day before to confirm whether they prefer a virtual or in-person session. Consultations cannot be rescheduled, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Microloc extensions use permanent human hair to add length right away. The business says extensions can add six years of length in two days. Clients six weeks or more past their last service pay an additional $40 per week. Retie deposits are not refunded or transferred.

Services take place in a private studio. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before a scheduled service, and any paid deposit is forfeited for cancellations made within 72 hours.
