Braiding is the core of the business. Services include box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, goddess locs, Senegalese twists and passion twists, with starting prices listed for each. Kids' cornrows, kids' knotless braids and kids' box braids with beads are offered as well, and children under 12 receive 20% off kids' styles. Hair is included in every style at no extra charge, and the final price is confirmed before booking. Prices depend on length and thickness, and the final quote is confirmed before work begins.

Booking works on a deposit. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and the balance is paid at the visit. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice to receive deposit credit toward a future appointment. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may be rescheduled, with the deposit forfeited. Free edge touch-ups are offered within two weeks of the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair clean, detangled and blow-dried. Braid removal, or takedown, is available as an add-on, with pricing confirmed at booking. Cash, Zelle, Cash App and major cards are accepted.

The business also sells ready-made 100% human hair wigs that Love hand-picks. Clients can pick them up in Richmond or arrange delivery with Love. Braid aftercare products are planned, including edge control, braid setting foam, hair and scalp oil, and satin bonnets and scarves. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Chemical treatments are not offered.
