Pedicures come in a few forms. The no-chip and regular polish pedicures are done dry with specialized tools to remove dead skin, then finished with light exfoliation and a nourishing oil. A men's pedicure is also offered, with exfoliation and massage included. The no-chip manicure includes a thin layer of BIAB and massage, and it takes about an hour and three-quarters. Regular polish manicures run about 45 minutes and include exfoliation and massage, and clients with existing polish or product on their nails need to have it removed first.

Nail art is priced per hand according to how detailed the design is, starting at $2 and going up to $10 per hand. First-time builder gel clients receive 10% off, and the salon recommends gel fills every four to five weeks. Clients who would rather not come in can book Nails At Home, which includes travel up to 10 miles for a $25 fee, with $5 added for each additional five miles.

Beyond nails, the menu includes brow lamination with optional shaping and tinting, a Korean lash lift with tint, and waxing for brows, lips, chin, underarms, and bikini and Brazilian areas. The home page also lists lash extension and brow threading services. Gift cards can be bought online in set amounts of $10, $20, $25 and $50 or for a custom value, and sent by text or email or kept for oneself.

Each nail service begins with a European manicure and is carried out with specialized instruments.
