Walk-ins are taken Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and no appointment is required; the salon is closed on Sundays. Weekends and afternoons are often the busiest times, so guests can phone ahead for a current wait or reserve a specific time online. Before sitting down, clients may bring a photo of the look they want and request a quote at the front desk. According to the salon, every price is posted and the figure shown is what a client pays. Prices with a plus sign are starting rates, and the final cost depends on length, shape and design. New clients receive 15% off their first visit, limited to one offer per visit, if they mention it at check-in.

The pedicure menu runs from a regular pedicure at $30 up to the Ultimate VIP Pedicure at $80, which the salon calls its most complete service. Higher tiers add a scented bath salt soak, a sugar scrub, a mud mask, warm stones, a jelly-style water soak, paraffin or a collagen soak and mask. Callus removal is included from the Spa pedicure upward and can be added to the regular pedicure for $5. The tier is chosen at the chair from a pedicure card handed out after seating, not at the front desk.

Nail enhancements include acrylic and color powder, dip powder, ombre, pink and white, and acrylic toes, with fills and full sets priced separately. Dip powder is always applied as a new set. Nail art and polish covers French tips, glitter, cat eye, chrome and custom designs, and recent gallery work includes hand-painted art, 3D detail and French finishes. Add-ons and removals cover gel and dip removal, acrylic removal, nail repair, cutting down, extra length and special shapes such as coffin, stiletto or almond.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms and legs, and eyebrow waxing can be paired with tinting. Lash services include strip lashes, eyelashes and thick lashes, and are listed separately from the nail menu. Kids' services are for guests under 12 and include manicures, pedicures, and polish changes on hands or toes, with gel options.
