The salon describes its space as large enough to feel grand and luxurious. Clients sit in massaging pedicure chairs, and the salon has special princess chairs for children. Complimentary beverages are served, including soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juice boxes and a short list of wines, and parties may bring their own wine, champagne or beer if everyone in the group is 21 or older.

Pedicures run from a Spa Pedicure up through the Luxury, Signature, VIP and Billionaire versions, with gel options for each. Mani/pedi combos include an Express Pedicure with regular polish, and pedicures can be upgraded at the time of service for an added price. The CBD (Organic) Pedicure and the VIP Pedicure must be booked on their own because they take longer.

Booking is done online by choosing a service type and then a specific service. Clients can pay a deposit, pay the full price, or pay during the visit, and the online system offers a waiting list. Changes and cancellations are made by calling the salon, and reception is available during opening hours for bookings and questions. Payment is due at the time of service, with major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and cash accepted; checks, Venmo and Cash App are not. Tips are cash only, and an ATM is on site. Groups of five or more must pay a $50 deposit at booking, and children under 16 must have an adult present. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount, delivered by email, and can be redeemed at the location the buyer chooses.

Warranty repairs cover gel polish chips, peeling or discoloration within 7 days of the original service and are scheduled through the reception desk so clients can see the original technician. Chrome and foil, matte top coats and regular polish are not covered by the free period. Repairs outside that window cost $3 to $5 each, and there are no refunds on services performed.
