The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it takes walk-ins as well as appointments. Guests can enjoy complimentary drinks during a visit, including water, lemonade, cocktails, red wine and white wine. Clients must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.

The pedicure menu is one of the more detailed parts of the salon. The Spa Pedicure covers trimming, shaping, cuticle grooming, callus removal, a sugar scrub, a lotion massage, and a hot towel finish with a polish of the client's choice. Deluxe pedicures add a foot mask and paraffin wax. The Fruit Pedicure includes paraffin, a hot stone massage and a foot mask, and comes in lavender, jasmine, tropical or orange scents. The Volcano Pedicure adds a detox volcano crystal foot soak, and the Detox Collagen Pedicure at $100 includes paraffin, a hot stone massage and a foot mask.

For fingernails, the menu includes acrylics, sculpted nails, Gel-X, T.A.P Gel, Builder Gel, dipping powder and custom nail designs. Children receive nail care, with separate kids' services listed for ages 7 and under. Waxing is offered for brows, lip, chin, full face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and full body.

Policies to know before booking: the salon may decline service where the treatment area has open or infected wounds, and clients with diabetes are asked to tell the technician before service. Clients who are unhappy with their service can request a correction within three days. No refunds are given once service has been performed, and enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five days. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable and are treated as cash, and lost or stolen cards cannot be redeemed. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged phones or personal belongings.
