Classic and smoothing versions are the entry point, followed by collagen, signature and luxury levels that add soaks, sugar scrubs, masks, paraffin wax, hot towels and shoulder or arm massage. The pedicure menu also includes hot stone, jelly and organic options, and a candle-based line that moves up through the VIP Luxury Candle, The Candle Dreamy Escape and The Royal Candle Spa.

Beyond nails, the salon offers Gel X soft gel extensions, T.A.P hybrid gel, organic dipping powder, builder gel, Solar enhancements in several finishes, and acrylic removal. Eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, head spa treatments and massage sessions round out the menu. Technicians can also create custom nail art, from simple designs to detailed patterns, and clients are welcome to bring their own ideas.

When booking, clients can ask for a particular technician, and the salon will try to accommodate the request. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Groups for bridal parties, birthdays and girls' days out are hosted, and special packages are offered for engagements, graduations, birthdays and family reunions; the salon asks that these be arranged by phone in advance.
