The menu covers hand and foot care, from classic and gel manicures to structured, Japanese and Russian gel services, e-file manicures, dazzle dry, and gel-X and sculpted extensions. Pedicures range from bare and spa versions to hot stone, Russian gel and deluxe options, with add-ons such as gel polish and e-file cuticle work. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms and bikini, and nail art and repairs are available as well.

Appointments are offered seven days a week from 8am to 8pm, and clients can book online at any hour. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and some providers ask for a deposit or a card on file. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be treated as missed and charged for the booked service. Children and guests who are not clients are not allowed in the salon. The building has free parking on both sides and in front.

Pedicure chairs use pipe-free whirlpool systems that circulate water with magnetic waves rather than jets. The salon says the nozzles are removed, sanitized and disinfected after each client, and that its autoclave sterilization meets and exceeds Massachusetts cosmetology board sanitation requirements. Files, buffers, orange wood sticks and pedicure slippers are single-use for each client. Clients arriving with product from another salon can book a separate product removal service.

The studio was founded on the idea that every visit should feel clean, friendly and enjoyable. It prioritizes clean beauty, using high-quality products in the healthiest way possible.
