The showroom is open to the public Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and walk-ins are welcome. Over 200 wig styles are on display, including Raquel Welch, Gabor and Hairdo wigs, lace fronts, and costume and theater wigs. Staff speak Spanish. Clients who want more privacy can book a private wig fitting or a personal consultation, where the team helps with selecting a wig. Those consultations include help choosing a wig for people experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy.
