Services are tailored, so each guest receives individual attention during a treatment. Facials are built around the client, with options such as an extra care acne facial focused on deep cleansing and extractions, a rosacea care facial performed without steam, and a pregnancy facial using skincare the spa describes as all natural. A first-time facial special is offered to clients who have never had a facial at the spa. Staff greet guests on arrival, and the spa works to help guests reach their personal skin care goals.

Detox options include an infrared sauna, vibration therapy and an ion-energy foot detox, or a Total Body Detox that combines all three machines in one visit. The spa says the sauna is used for pain and inflammation relief, weight loss, detoxifying and anti-aging. Herbal body wraps can be booked singly, with a body assessment that includes measurements and tracking, with a custom facial, or in a series of three or six. The spa states that its wraps work differently from wraps that only cause water loss, and that results can last when paired with diet and exercise.

Booking is by appointment only, with a credit card required at booking and a text reminder 24 hours before. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation or no-show is charged the full service amount. Changes caused by things like a power outage or weather are rescheduled at no charge. The spa is not a licensed medical facility, and its material is offered as general guidance. Parking is available on site, and hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, closed Sunday. The phone is (408) 849-6216.
