Pricing depends on size, length and customization, so the listed starting prices are a guide and final pricing may vary. For a style without a listed price, clients send a photo by text and receive an exact quote. Knotless braids start at $150 for jumbo, $160 for large and $170 for medium regular, and the highest listed knotless price is $440. Spring twists and passion twists start at $180, braids over locs start at $180, and retwists start at $70.

To book, clients pay a $30 deposit, which is non-refundable, and pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the appointment. Appointments can be booked up to three months ahead. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrival; after that, a $30 fee applies for each additional hour. Guests are only allowed with prior approval, so clients are asked to come alone.

The salon provides all the hair needed for the services on its pricelist. Complimentary snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi are available during appointments, and clients are welcome to bring their own entertainment or work and study materials. Clients are asked to check their braids before leaving, since the salon will fix any issue noticed before departure but is not responsible for changes after clients leave.
