Every visit starts with a one-on-one consultation about hair goals, daily routine, how much maintenance a guest wants, the condition of their hair and where they want their hair to be over time. The studio builds its services around long-term hair health rather than a single result, and the salon describes its aim as beautiful hair that starts with trust. Appointments are designed to feel calm and unhurried, and quiet appointments can be arranged for guests who prefer a silent visit.
The studio's services cover precision and dry haircuts, a men's haircut, color and root work, several levels of blonding including balayage, keratin smoothing treatments, a restorative hair ritual, and custom weft extensions with maintenance and reinstall visits. Color and care products come from Davines, Schwarzkopf, Tutto and Wella professional lines.
Policies are set out in advance. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice carry a charge of half the service fee, and missed appointments without a call may be charged up to the full fee. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Children under 12 cannot be left unattended in the salon. Adjustments to color or cut are free within seven days of the appointment, and refunds are not offered without the chance to adjust first.
