Color appointments begin with a required consultation before booking any new color or change to existing color, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair. Dimensional color such as highlights, balayage, double process and lived-in color is all-inclusive and includes a toner or glaze. Other color services are priced a la carte, and a blowout or haircut can be added to any booking. Every haircut includes a shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry finish, and a custom treatment can be added to any cut.

Appointments can be booked up to 90 days ahead by phone, text or online, and a waitlist through GlossGenius sends notice when a time opens. Bang trim retouches and neck trim or undercut retouches are 15-minute express visits for existing clients, booked only by phone or text. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text, and no-shows are charged the full service total. Children under 5 are booked by calling the salon. Prices are listed on the booking site, and the salon accepts credit cards and Apple Pay.
