Vine & Velvet Nails is a nail salon in Suite 129 at 6201 Sunset Dr in Fort Worth, Texas. Its services are limited to natural nails, so extensions and tips are not offered.

The menu centers on a structured manicure, which is a dry manicure with a structured gel overlay and a solid color. It comes in three options, starts at $115 and takes 90 minutes or more. Nail art is priced in tiers by complexity, from simple stripes, dots, cat eye and stickers at $17 (30 minutes) up to intricate illusions, custom water decals and 3D art at $47 (45 minutes), with painterly and textured designs in between. A character tier, priced at $50 per character starting at $50, takes about 120 minutes. French tips are $27 and take 30 minutes.

Bookings are made through the salon's Glossgenius page. A deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is released automatically, and booking fees are non-refundable but count toward the service balance. Guests get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals and should call if running late so the appointment can be adjusted. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged a 75% fee, and clients may lose booking privileges after two strikes. Appointments with foreign product on the nails are cancelled under the cancellation policy, because removal of foreign product is not offered.

The salon is open Monday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on weekends.
