Vim+Vigor Skin Spa is located in Suite 202 at 100 E. Lincolnway in downtown Valparaiso and is owned by Megan Warne, who also works with clients on facials and massage.

Facials are built around a skin analysis and a plan for each person's skin. The Essential facial is a 60-minute customized European-style treatment, the Signature adds microdermabrasion, LED therapy and a microcurrent mask in 75 minutes, and the Elite is a 90-minute facial with LED and a ReZENerate mask, where microcurrent can be added for $25. Single-treatment facials include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED, microcurrent, oxygenation and ReZENerate, and chemical peels or resurfacing start at $95 after a required consultation. Back facials are offered for acne or dry skin.

Body services include Swedish, deep tissue and relaxation massage, hot stone therapy, reflexology, dry brushing and body wraps. Several treatments use plant-based products, and a full-body package combines dry brushing, massage and a wrap in about an hour and forty minutes.

Hours are by appointment only: Monday, and Thursday through Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm; Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00am to 2:00pm; closed Sunday. E-gift cards can be bought online, and in-store gift cards are arranged by calling to book an appointment.

Each facial starts with a skin analysis and a customized plan, and the spa works with clients toward longer-term solutions for their skin concerns.
