The studio is open Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and closed the rest of the week.

Clients book through the studio's booking page and must keep a working card on file. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice; without that, a new booking fee applies to the new appointment. Some services take a booking fee that is credited toward the balance at the end of the visit, but those fees are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another person or appointment without 48 hours' notice. No-shows are not able to book in the future.

Service sales are final, and no refunds of any kind are offered. If a client reports an issue within three to five days after the service, an adjustment may be offered at no charge. Silent appointments are available on request. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Booking deposits range from $15 to $50 depending on the service.
