ViiKayVanity works out of its own private salon suite inside Spotlight Salon & Spa Suites on Union Avenue in Hapeville. Each appointment takes place one-on-one in that suite. The business describes its experience as relaxing, professional and luxury.

The services are grouped into experiences: sew-ins and quick weaves, ceramic press, color, blowouts, natural hair and loc work, pixie and ponytail styles, and prep and restoration. There is also an a la carte option and consultations for clients who want to talk through a plan first. Appointment lengths are estimates and depend on hair length, density and condition.

Booking requires a 50% retainer, which is non-refundable and applied to the final balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer arrives. Add-ons must be booked in advance, since they cannot be guaranteed on the day. Confirmations and reminders come by email and text.

Hair extensions must be delivered ready to use: no residue, moisture, leftover thread or previous installation hardware. Pieces that need work beforehand carry a $60 preparation fee, and cut wefts add a $15 fee. Washing or detangling can be billed separately. If the extensions are not ready when the visit starts, the appointment may be moved to another day.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged the full service total, and so is a no-call, no-show, which may also lead to future bookings being declined. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later triggers a $25 late fee, and after 15 minutes the appointment may be canceled and charged in full. If the studio is 10 or more minutes late, the client receives $25 off. Sales and services are final with no refunds, and service concerns should be raised within 48 hours. Children, pets and extra guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
