A first visit starts with a booking call, then a meeting with a provider, after which a plan is built from the patient's history and goals. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation to start treatment. Consultation requests get a response from a provider within 24 hours to arrange a time, and the request form does not ask for medical information; history is gathered during the visit. Lab work is ordered through the nearest Labcorp location, and prescriptions go to a pharmacy once results are back and treatment is appropriate.

Hormone treatment is individualized and includes ongoing lab monitoring. Options described include male and female hormone replacement, offered as routine injections, pellet implants, creams, patches, gels and oral supplements, and pellet implants for men and women. Pellets are placed in the office, often on the same day as the first appointment once labs are reviewed, and are typically placed two to three times a year. Clients can usually return to routine activities the day the pellet is placed. The pellets are described as biodegradable and plant-derived. The clinic also offers a self-administered testosterone program with telehealth visits, labs, medication and syringes included, managed by a Texas nurse practitioner, and a complimentary testosterone panel at no cost.

IV therapy is a large part of the menu. Guests can build their own drip with a half-liter or one-liter saline base and add B12, amino blend, multivitamin complex, vitamin D, zinc, glutathione, Toradol, Zofran or biotin. There are also named signature infusions and a Meyers Cocktail, with infusions administered by staff at the Gulf Freeway clinic. Walk-ins are welcome for IV therapy. Weight management plans combine hormone testing and balancing, medications and diet education, and the clinic says these are tailored to each patient. Body composition analysis reports water content, muscle mass, body fat, BMI, visceral fat and basal metabolic rate. Erectile dysfunction care looks at underlying causes and includes oral and injectable medication, hormone balancing and management of blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.

Clinic hours are Monday and Friday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am to 7pm, Wednesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 7am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 12pm. Patients using insurance are asked to arrive before 10:00am. Credit cards and cash are accepted.

Treatment plans are built from each patient's history, goals and lab results, then monitored over time, with visits offered in person or remotely.
