Vida Rose Esthetics

Its online booking offers two service categories, body waxing and facial waxing.

Arrival depends on the time of day. On weekdays before 5 PM, clients ride the elevator to the third floor and walk through suite 310 to reach the treatment room. After 5 PM and on weekends, clients text from their vehicle when they arrive and are met in the main lobby.

To secure an appointment, clients pay a non-refundable retainer of 50% at booking, which is applied to the service total. The balance can be paid at the appointment with a different method. Cash is preferred, and Venmo and card payments are also accepted; cash payments receive no change. Clients are asked to arrive freshly cleansed and to complete the Waxing Intake Form before their visit.

Policies are spelled out in detail. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows inside that window are charged, with a 50% fee on each service when several are booked. A 5-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may be cancelled or given a shortened service so the next client is not delayed. Only the person receiving the service may enter the treatment room, minors must come with a parent or guardian, and pets and children are not permitted.
