Arriving more than 10 minutes late may incur a late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes, with the card on file charged a cancellation fee. For recurring appointments, the remaining bookings are cancelled after three consecutive cancellations. Children may come along only if they are also receiving services. Gift cards expire three months after they are received. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
