Hair services cover cuts, washes and blow-dries, color, highlights, balayage and ombre for women, and cuts, styling, color, beard trims and a relaxing treatment for men. Hair extensions are offered as tape-in, keratin fusion or micro links, in half or full lengths. The spa also offers Células Madres Ybera París and Black Diva Ybera Panama hair treatments.

Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment makes the deposit non-refundable, and a new deposit is required to book future appointments. Excessive lengths and special nail shapes such as coffin or stiletto may incur additional charges. Pedicure designs with special shapes are priced by asking the technician.
