Manicures and pedicures make up much of the menu, from a classic spa manicure with a hot towel wrap and massage to longer pedicures built around scrubs, masks and hot stones. Aroma pedicures let clients choose from eight scents. Gel options include no-chip polish, dipping and a Gel-X full set, and nail design, repair and French finishes are available as add-ons.

For skin, the menu includes an essential facial, an organic facial using Nelly Devuyst products, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and an oxygen lift facial. Waxing is offered from the upper lip to full legs and full back, with partial and full areas priced separately. Listed prices start at $3 for nail add-ons.

Walk-ins are welcome, and online booking is available through the salon's booking site. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and the last appointment is one hour before closing. Children must be supervised at all times. Gratuity is left to the client's discretion. Completed services are not refunded, though the salon offers a complimentary fix within three days of a service, subject to management approval. Parties of five or more must book in advance with a non-refundable $50 deposit and receive light refreshments. Gift certificates are available, and credit cards are accepted with a $15 minimum purchase.

The salon describes itself as one of the biggest nail salons in Chicago and says its staff are experienced, licensed and professional. These are the salon's own claims.

Customer comfort and safety are presented as the top priority. Metal tools are cleaned after each client and thoroughly cleaned every day, and the salon says it uses EPA-grade disinfectant solutions and hospital-grade heat sterilizers, with sanitation following IDFPR guidelines.
