A new patient exam takes 60 minutes and includes intake and a physical exam, and acupuncture follow-ups run 45 to 60 minutes. Care can be given in person, through telehealth visits, or with home care therapies. The clinic does not bill insurance for acupuncture, and insurance does not cover herbal consultations or herbal formulas.

The practice takes a holistic and integrative approach and works alongside a patient's existing medical providers. Treatment plans are customized after looking for the root cause of symptoms, and patients are taught practical lifestyle changes. Patients are asked to commit to multiple treatments and recommended changes to see results.

Facial rejuvenation is a non-needle treatment using micro-current and color light therapy. A typical plan starts with an assessment series of about 4 to 6 treatments, followed by 10 to 12 treatments given several times a week, and maintenance sessions every 4 to 6 weeks once the program is complete. A free facial rejuvenation consultation is offered.
