The menu covers natural hair care, chemical services, sew-ins and other extensions, several braid styles, wigs, and makeup. Bridal options include a consultation, a trial of the hairstyle before the wedding, and a full bride package.
New clients book a consultation first so the stylist can evaluate their hair before any service is planned. The consultation is $45 and requires a $35 deposit. Bookings go through the studio's Glossgenius page, and questions can be sent by text or email to (512) 379-1576 or vibranthairstudio@yahoo.com, with replies usually taking 24 to 48 hours.
Services are not rushed and can run past the booked time, so clients are asked to book when they have time to spare. Work-in visits can be requested by text to check open times, and a work-in fee may apply after work hours. Services cannot be added on the day of an appointment unless the schedule allows. Hair must be detangled before service, or a detangling fee starting at $35 applies.
Cash is preferred, cards are accepted with a 3.5% fee, and checks are not accepted. Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm can split payment into four installments for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged the full service, which can go toward the next visit. No-shows are charged the full balance due and blocked from future appointments. Children are accepted if they are salon-ready and at least 8 years old.
New clients have a consultation so the stylist can assess their hair before any service is booked.
