Massage options are Swedish, Custom, Thai, and Sports, and Deep Tissue can be added as an upgrade. A 60 minute massage is listed at $120 and the Deep Tissue version at $150, while a 60 minute couples massage is listed at $240 and $300 with Deep Tissue. Facials range from a 30 minute Essential Facial listed at $75, which is adjusted to skin type and concerns, to the Upgrade facial with a glycolic cleanse, enzyme mask, light therapy, and massage. The Acne Upgrade adds extractions and light therapy to that approach and is listed at $160. Microdermabrasion, a 1 hour 20 minute service listed at $175, includes the Upgrade facial. Body treatments include wraps, exfoliating scrubs, mud masks, and detoxifying treatments, such as a full body scrub listed at $130. Waxing includes a warm Brazilian wax listed at $90. Memberships are a large part of the spa. Fresh Face is a facial membership in Bronze through Platinum tiers, with a Duo Platinum option for sharing with one person in the same household. Enhancer covers lashes, brows, waxing, and wet services. Theraphoria is a massage membership in four tiers, starting at $89 per month for Bronze. Refresher is an amenities membership in Bronze through Platinum tiers, plus an Unlimited tier listed at $219 per month that allows sharing with one person in the same household. Relax Detoxer covers face, body, wet services, and amenities. Two's A Vibe is a couples membership for two people per household. Members receive 15% off skincare, retail, and waxing, unused membership hours roll over with no set maximum, and points are earned after 90 days toward souvenirs, service hours, and trips. Memberships can be frozen, though accrued services cannot be used during a freeze. Sharing pre-paid sessions is only available on Family plans. The Sweetest Couples Hour pairs a one hour couples massage with two facials, a bouquet, and two glasses of sparkling wine, listed at $250. For a visit, guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early, since late arrivals lose those minutes from hands-on treatment time. First-time guests must show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Massage and esthetic services are not offered to anyone under 12, and guests aged 12 to 18 need a parent or guardian in the service room. Tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, and illegal drugs are not allowed on the premises. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice for appointments, or a fee may apply. Services, gift cards, packages, memberships, and retail products are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by cash, gift card, major credit cards, Apple Pay, and debit cards, but not personal checks.
