Memberships renew monthly at three levels: Gold for $99, Platinum for $199 and Diamond for $299. Each dollar spent earns members between one and two points, and every 100 points can be redeemed for $5 off; points never lapse. Moving up a tier takes effect immediately, while moving down waits until the next billing date. Members can end a membership at any time through the member portal without paying a fee. A member who refers a friend receives 500 bonus points once that friend spends $100 or more. For clients who prefer not to travel, concierge visits can bring select treatments, such as Botox, Dysport and facial balancing, to a home on request in The Woodlands, Bellaire, Memorial, River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, The Heights or Piney Point. Patients can pay over time with Cherry, Afterpay or CareCredit, each subject to approval by the third-party lender. Afterpay divides a purchase into four installments with no interest, paid across roughly six weeks. Staff speak Spanish at the clinic, and the website is also offered in Spanish.
