The business says its treatments are based on current research in cell therapy, anti-aging and regenerative medicine, and that its procedures are carried out by its licensed medical team. Lakeway also lists stem cell and exosome therapy among its offerings.

There are two locations. Cedar Park is at 1717 Scottsdale Drive, Suite 120, inside The Crossover, and is open weekdays 10am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 5pm, closed Sundays. Lakeway is at 2951 Ranch Road 620 South, Suite 102, inside Elevated Wellness, and is open Tuesday through Friday 10am to 5pm, closed Saturday through Monday. Phone numbers are 512-337-7722 for Cedar Park and 512-489-7997 for Lakeway. Walk-ins are accepted for select IV therapies when availability allows, and appointments are recommended at peak hours. Parking is available around The Crossover but can occasionally be limited.

Services span IV infusions, hormone care, aesthetics and body work. IV hydration starts at $99 for a one liter bag that can be customized with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and co-enzymes. Most cocktails are one liter bags that take 35 to 50 minutes to infuse. Hormone care includes lab testing at $200, a consultation listed at $350, testosterone injections at $40 per week, Kyzatrex oral testosterone at $199 per month, and in-office hormone pellet insertion at $750 for men and $500 for women. Weight loss programs start at $225 for semaglutide and are physician-led.

The practice does not accept insurance, but HSA and FSA cards can be used, and financing is available through CareCredit and PatientFi. New clients fill out a New Client Questionnaire before their first visit. Consultations for general wellness IVs, shockwave, aesthetics and body sculpting are free. Individual results may vary, according to the business's own disclaimer.

Care is physician-led and begins with a consultation that leads to a customized, multi-phase treatment plan. The stated aim is longer healthspan rather than lifespan alone, pursued through cellular energy and repair, detoxing, gut health, immunity and hormone balance.

The Cedar Park location has an IV lounge with recliners, and snacks and drinks are part of the offering.
