Head spa sessions come in three lengths. The 30 Minute Essential Head Spa is a focused scalp refresh with a 60-minute total visit and costs $90. The 60 Minute Signature Head Spa is a customized treatment with a 90-minute total visit and costs $130. The 90 Minute Complete Head Spa is an extended treatment with a 120-minute total visit and costs $170. Each head spa service includes a scalp analysis with before and after images and finishes with tea and a small treat. Blow-drying is not part of a head spa service and is sold as an add-on.

Before booking a first visit, clients can take a free consultation. It includes a scalp analysis, a Becon hair and skin scanner that takes high-resolution images of hair and scalp, and a conversation about concerns and goals, with no commitment required. Clients should plan to be at the salon 30 minutes longer than their service time to allow for the analysis and consultation.

Bookings are made through the GlossGenius reservation system. The salon is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, Thursday from 1 to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any service.

The salon holds that the scalp is the foundation of healthy hair, and its head spa services are designed around changes such as postpartum shifts, hormonal shifts and stress-related shedding.
