Lip fillers add volume, refine shape and border, and correct asymmetry, using a Russian lip technique that follows the natural lip curve. Lip filler results last on average 6 to 12 months. Collagen stimulators include Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that typically takes 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, and Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite product that often shows a visible effect after one session. Collagen stimulator results last on average 12 to 24 months. PDO thread lifts are done without incisions or general anesthesia, using barbed threads for lifting and smooth threads for collagen stimulation, selected individually. A thread lift takes 40 to 60 minutes and results last on average 12 to 24 months. Skin boosters are delivered intradermally and subdermally, deeper than mesotherapy, in courses of 3 to 4 sessions spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance once or twice a year. Protocols may use hyaluronic acid, NAD+, exosomes, PDRN and glutathione, chosen by the specialist. Mesotherapy uses an individually formulated mix of vitamins and trace elements. Microneedling and lipolytics (Kybella) are also offered.

PRP therapy uses only the patient's own plasma. A small blood sample is drawn, spun in a centrifuge, and the plasma is injected with a fine needle. A PRP visit, including blood draw and processing, takes about 45 to 60 minutes. A facial course is typically 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, and a hair course is typically 3 to 4 sessions at a similar interval, with the protocol set at consultation. The price depends on the area treated and the number of sessions and is confirmed after consultation. The practice says the first changes show within a few weeks, with full effect 1 to 3 months after the course ends, and that results last on average 6 to 12 months with maintenance once or twice a year. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. For 24 hours afterward, intense exercise, saunas and steam rooms are to be avoided.
