Every hair service includes a shampoo and blow-dry. Many prices depend on hair size or style, so the listed starting prices are a guide and the final cost follows the style chosen. Appointment lengths range from about 30 minutes for a color add-on to 7 hours for medium knotless braids, so it helps to plan time for longer styles.

Prepayment is required to secure a service and is applied at checkout. Clients who will be late should call the salon, and anyone more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead lead to a non-refundable deposit or prepayment, and no-shows are charged a non-refundable $25 fee. All services are non-refundable.

If a client is unhappy with a hair service, adjustments may be made within 5 days of the appointment.
