Veronica's Esthetics works from two locations: 6 W Vernon Ave in Phoenix and Suite 13 at 8040 E Morgan Trail in Scottsdale. Facials are the center of the menu, and most treatments are built around the individual client's skin rather than a fixed routine.

Facials come in a few lengths. A fast customized facial runs 30 to 45 minutes for $100 and can include the face, neck and chest, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, extractions, a brow wax, red light therapy and finishing products. A 60-minute customized facial adds options such as oxygen therapy, enzymes and masks, blue or red light, and a face, head, neck and shoulder massage. The 90-minute version, priced at $160, covers similar steps with more time. A back facial can be booked on its own for $140 or added to a facial, and adding it means booking two 60-minute sessions back to back; clients can ask about a back-to-back time if the one they want is not open.

The studio also offers chemical peels, priced at $100 and customized to skin, which the site says are aimed at acne, fine lines, hyperpigmentation and skin texture. Microneedling, at $250, is described as a minimally invasive treatment that creates micro-injuries in the skin; the site says it may help with tone, texture, scars, acne scars, collagen and elastin, and dullness. An exosome microneedling add-on is available for $50. Chemical peels and brow and lash tint can be added to customized facials.

Brows and lashes are a second strand of the menu. Brow tattoos are custom mapped to each face and color matched to the client's preference, with aftercare included. A first-time brow tattoo for clients with no prior brow work is $400, and a cover-up is $500. Brow or lash tint is $30 and includes a brow wax where it applies, and a lash lift or brow lamination is $80 and includes tint. Clients booking both brow and lash tint are asked to book a single appointment.

Waxing for face and body starts at $15. The studio also sells featured retail products and ships them within the US only; purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged.
