Hormone care includes bioidentical hormone therapy, estrogen and progesterone therapy, testosterone for women, and thyroid evaluation and management. The Hormone Membership is $199 for the first month and $299 per month after that, as a 12-month program with lower-cost maintenance afterward. It runs month-to-month after the first month with no long-term commitment, and cancelling requires notice at least 14 days before the next payment date. The first month includes baseline labs, a body composition analysis, a full provider visit and lab review, and four B12 injections. Testosterone medication is included when clinically appropriate, while other prescriptions, supplements and products are purchased separately.

Weight care is a separate membership with the same pricing structure: $199 for the first month, then $299 per month within a 12-month program. It includes a baseline InBody body composition scan, monthly InBody tracking, provider care and dose adjustments. Low-dose weight loss medication is included when medically appropriate. Higher doses may cost more, and pricing is reviewed before any change.

Skin treatments include neurotoxin, microneedling and chemical peels, plus a prescription estriol and a facial skin option. Skin treatments are offered to women 35 and older, each given by a licensed medical provider trained in aesthetic treatments, and the price is confirmed before treatment begins. A free skin assessment covers looking at your skin, discussing goals and recommending next steps, with no obligation to book that day. Before any visit, a free 15-minute introductory phone call is available. It is not a medical visit and includes no medical advice or prescriptions.

Skin Reserve is a $99 monthly membership in which each payment becomes credit toward eligible aesthetic treatments. It has a three-month minimum, can be cancelled any time after the first three months, and unused balances roll over. Credits do not cover retail products, lab work or consultations, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Members get 10% off aesthetic treatments and Skinbetter skincare, neurotoxin at $10 per unit, a free birthday treatment valued at $149, and a complimentary neck microneedling session with a paid facial microneedling session, valued at $100.
