A Signature Facial runs 75 minutes and begins with a skin analysis and consultation, followed by ultrasonic cleansing, gentle exfoliation, clinical extractions, massage and a moisturizer. Facial menus can also include LED light therapy, ozone oxygen steam, hi-frequency oxygenation and ionized oxygen infusion. Estheticians are booked by phone or text rather than online, and makeup services are arranged through a phone consultation.

Pricing depends on who performs the treatment. The Signature Facial is $255 with Vera Kantor, $175 with a Fabulous Facialist and $150 for Facial Club members. Facial prices listed on the site apply to facialists and not to Vera Kantor. Gourmet facials follow the same split, at $355 with Vera Kantor, $235 with a Fabulous Facialist and $195 for Facial Club members. Microcurrent, microdermabrasion and enzyme peel add-ons can be added to most facials.

Facial Club is a monthly membership. Members receive a treatment each month at a discounted rate, plus discounts on products, treatments and enzyme peels. Membership is billed on the 1st of each month. Unused services can be rolled over or combined for up to three months, and membership can be paused for up to three months for a $5 monthly charge. Committing to a year upfront includes a 13th facial at no cost. Membership facials are performed by facialists trained by Vera Kantor, not by her, and gratuity is not included, so guests may tip at the end of a service.

The online shop at verabella.com sells clean, botanical-based skincare, including a Clean Skincare section, along with sun care, serums, masks, makeup and bath and body products. Gift cards range from $100 to $500, arrive instantly, do not expire, and can be used at the spa or online. Orders over $150 include free standard shipping.

Pairs facial treatments with clean, botanical-based skincare, and the business says it promises to care for clients' skin as well as it cares for its own.

Facials take place in a private room on a plush zero-gravity bed.
