The studio describes its focus as clinical facial architecture and manual facial sculpting. It includes a double cleanse, a warm botanical compress, manual extractions, a lymphatic sequence, a masque and a closing massage. The studio says a closing massage of the trapezius and scalp is something American facials typically leave out.

Beyond the classic facial, the menu centers on buccal work. The Buccal Lift is performed from inside the mouth on the cheek and jaw muscles, followed by external lifting, and the studio says buccal massage works on the structure beneath the skin. The Zhanna Method is a 90-minute facial done entirely by hand that combines five manual disciplines with no machines. Rinnovamento Completo is a 2.5-hour session that pairs Luxe hydradermabrasion with a full lymphatic facial massage, with options for RF lifting or myofascial massage.

A first visit starts with a consultation form, which asks about pregnancy status and must be completed before any treatment. During a first European Facial, the esthetician reads the skin before recommending anything further. Every treatment opens with a double cleanse, exfoliation, a warm botanical compress and lymphatic drainage, and closes with serum, moisturizer and SPF, followed by a personalized skincare consultation. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 11:00 to 18:00. Parking is free in the Sawyer Yards lot or on Edwards Street.

Multi-session packages (Il Recupero, Buccal Intensive, Trattamento Series and Zhanna Method Series) are prepaid on Square, cannot be transferred, and lock in a per-session rate. Il Recupero is a lymphatic course for recovery after cosmetic procedures, timed around the client's surgeon's clearance, and it is valid for six months from purchase. Gift cards are available, with custom gift packages from $300. A referral program is offered to plastic surgeons, dentists, TMJ specialists, wedding planners and luxury real-estate agents.

Treatments are built around manual technique, with the founder performing each one herself and adjusting pressure and order to the client's consultation. The studio does not use injectables, and its services are described as aesthetic and relaxation care rather than medical or rehabilitative treatment.
