Vera Lashes

Vera Lashes is based in Suite F of Encore Suites on Sandy Springs Circle in Atlanta. The services offered are lash extensions in several styles, including classic, hybrid, volume and wispy, plus brow services and other lash treatments.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit for appointments and classes, and a valid debit or credit card. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or date, and refunds are not offered. Clients who have had lashes done elsewhere need to book a foreign refill add-on. Clients should arrive with no eye makeup on. Refills booked after four weeks are charged as a full set. The studio is no longer responsible for lashes three days after an appointment, and keeping them up is the client's responsibility.

Each appointment allows one extra guest, who must be at least 12 years old. The minimum age for services is 16, and clients under 18 need parental consent. Chewing gum and food are not allowed in the shop. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; arriving later means rescheduling, or a $25 late fee if the appointment can still go ahead. Cancellations on the day of the appointment carry a $50 fee, same-day or last-minute rescheduling carries a $35 fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full appointment amount after 30 minutes past the start time.
