Bikini and Brazilian waxes are done with warm wax and include a steam towel and aftercare products. Appointments range from about 10 minutes for underarms or lip waxing to 1 hour 15 minutes for a full body wax, which covers arms, legs, underarms, back, chest and abdomen.
Skin care consultations include a free one-hour session covering skin analysis and routine development. A 1 hour 30 minute formulation consultation, at $50, covers custom formulations and ingredient guidance. The business offers vegan, cruelty-free skin care products as well as custom formulations made with its guidance.
Booking requires a deposit of 20% of the service cost. Arrivals have a 9-minute grace period before an appointment is canceled. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a charge of 50% of the remaining balance, while late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Two reschedules are allowed on the same deposit, and a no-show is charged the full remaining balance with no refund and prevents future bookings. First-time waxers need hair at least two weeks post-shaven or a quarter inch long, otherwise a 50% rescheduling fee applies.
The business is open Monday from 9 AM to 12 PM, Tuesday from 6 PM to 9 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 9 PM. It is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
