Melange-a-Trois is the signature facial, a 60-minute deep cleansing treatment that can be adjusted for normal, oily or dry skin. Melange Rouge is a 60-minute facial designed for rosacea and uses cold stones, while Fire & Ice is a 90-minute facial that pairs a thermal mask with a CooLift treatment. A few facials are site-specific: the Brightening and Anti-Aging facials are offered only in Monroe, and the Deja-Nu Age Defying and Luminous Brightening facials are offered in Blauvelt and Nanuet.

Injectable services include botulinum toxin treatments such as Botox and Dysport, along with dermal fillers used for nasolabial and marionette lines, hollow cheeks, jaw contour and lip enhancement. Most fillers used are hyaluronic acid based. The menu also lists Sculptra, PDO threads, platelet-rich fibrin, sclerotherapy and a monthly toxin membership.
