The acrylic menu covers full sets and fills in pink and white, ombre, and color ombre, with shaping options including coffin, almond, square, squoval, round or oval, ballerina and stiletto. Acrylic sets are removed by soaking off after the bulk is filed down, without drilling into the natural nail. Fills are generally recommended every two to four weeks, and a full set is advised when the current one is more than four weeks old or lifting. Dipping powder is applied without a lamp and typically lasts three to four weeks, while shellac gel polish is cured under a lamp and typically lasts two to three weeks.

Pedicures come in five options, from a 25-minute classic to the 60-minute Venus Signature, which is a six-step service with scrubs, masks, hot towels and a hot stone massage. Scent choices for pedicures are lavender, orange and pomegranate, and callus care is done with a foot file and softening solution rather than a blade. A kids' pedicure with gel is also offered, and a parent or guardian must stay in the salon during that appointment.

Eyelash extensions are available in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with two- and three-week fills. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash, while hybrid sets mix classic singles with volume fans. The salon describes its hybrid set as its most popular. Lash appointments are booked one client at a time in the lash room, and clients with recent eye surgery, an eye infection or a lash serum course are asked to wait before booking.

Walk-ins are welcome around booked appointments, and weekday mornings have the shortest wait while Saturday late morning is the busiest. Appointments can be booked by phone, online, or in person. Bridal and event sets are among the most requested work, and the salon suggests booking two to three weeks ahead. Groups such as bridal parties and birthdays are best arranged by calling ahead, and clients can request a specific technician when booking. Acrylic full sets and detailed nail art usually take 60 to 90 minutes.

The salon says it avoids over-filing nails during prep and does not pry product off during removal, and it will suggest switching a client to dip powder if gel keeps failing for them. Nail art is priced by complexity and quoted before work begins.
