A regular pedicure takes about 30 minutes. The spa pedicure, at 45 minutes, adds a massage, a foot mask and hot towels, and uses organic products with a choice of lavender, mango, cucumber or orange scents. The bomb spa pedicure runs about 55 minutes, and the Venus Signature pedicure, at 65 minutes, includes foot and leg massage and a disposable organic pedicure kit. Manicure and pedicure packages pair a regular or gel manicure with any of these pedicures at a combined price.

Nail services include regular and gel polish, gel manicures, acrylic fills and full sets in regular, gel, ombre and pink and white styles, and dipping powder in clear, colored, French and ombre finishes. Add-ons cover French tips, nail designs, gel removal, hot stone and paraffin. Waxing is offered for the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and back. Children aged 1 to 8 and 9 to 12 have their own menus, with children welcome by appointment only.

The salon says it uses premium products and strict sanitation standards, and it uses disposable liners for every customer to reduce cross-contamination. Gel and dip powder manicures receive complimentary repairs for seven days from the original service date. Refunds are not offered on services, so clients who are dissatisfied are asked to say so at the time of service or within 48 hours. Appointments are held for 10 minutes, and cancellations should be made at least 12 hours ahead to avoid a fee. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
