Every client is given fresh, sanitized tools, including single-use nail files and buffers. The salon states that its technicians have more than 20 years of experience between them and describes its nail technicians as certified.

Signature pedicures are a central part of the menu. The Golden Egypt, Japan Onsen and Collagen Renewal packages each include collagen socks, and the Japan Onsen version uses Tabi-no-Yado mineral salt. A glass of wine or a chilled soft drink is complimentary with these pedicures. Standard pedicures include a Deluxe option with a four-step skin treatment, and several levels can be paired with gel polish.

The Japanese head spa packages run from a 45-minute Executive service to a 120-minute Ultimate Relaxation Spa, which adds a back massage, detox facial, paraffin hand treatment and foot care. The Basic and Detox Facial and the Back Facial use steam, massage, hot towels and collagen masks or hot stone massage.

The salon has room for bridal showers and birthday parties. Gift cards for head spa, facial, nail and waxing services can be bought online and are emailed right away. The salon reports a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Google from more than 1,500 reviewers. Its policies include no refunds once a service has been performed, and the right to refuse service to anyone.
