Venus House opened in summer 2023 and was founded by Storie Myers. It operates as a collective, with several independent artists working from one large, centrally located space on South Main Street. Brows and permanent makeup are the core of the studio, and the artists also offer lashes, nails, facials, laser, waxing, piercings, tiny tattoos, permanent jewelry and spray tans.

Brow work is the studio's strongest focus. Microblading, nano brows and hybrid brows are offered for new clients, along with brow shaping, brow tint and brow lamination. Clients who are unsure which brow service suits them can text a clear photo of their brows to Storie for guidance. Lip blush and permanent eyeliner are also available, and initial permanent makeup appointments are followed by touch-ups.

Laser services include laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal using a pico laser, with treatment customized to tattoo size, color, age and placement. Facials include a carbon facial and a laser carbon peel facial, and face waxing covers the nose, chin and upper lip.

Permanent jewelry is welded on in silver or gold as bracelets, anklets, necklaces or waist chains, and pieces can be resized or re-welded later. Piercings range from single earlobes to septum and belly button, each with basic jewelry included, and the studio also offers tiny tattoos. Anyone under 18 getting a piercing needs a parent or legal guardian present.

Booking policies: rescheduling requires at least 24 hours of notice, and same-day cancellations or changes are charged 50% of the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and is charged in full. Chemical brow and lash services and permanent makeup brow initial appointments are not performed for clients who have taken Accutane in the past year, and brow initial appointments are not performed for clients who are pregnant or nursing.

Financing for brow services and laser treatments is available through Cherry. The space can also be rented for classes, events, photoshoots and artist spotlights, and beds, nail stations and rooms are available on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly rotations.

Brow initial appointments include a complimentary touch-up four to ten weeks later, and returning clients are booked for touch-ups once their brows are at least half faded. Clients unsure which brow service suits them can send a clear photo for advice.

The studio's rentals page describes the space as modern and new, with a high-end, cool-girl look.
