Manicures come in three tiers. A basic manicure includes nail trimming, cuticle cleaning, lotion, a hot towel and regular polish. The signature version adds paraffin, a neck massage, a warm towel and a tealight candle wax massage. The deluxe version adds exfoliation, a paraffin treatment, a hot towel wrap and a longer candle wax massage, with regular polish. Gel polish (shellac) can be added to any of the three for $20.

Pedicures range from a classic option with a 5-minute massage at $36 to a deluxe pedicure with a 14-minute massage at $60. Sugar pedicures with an 8-minute massage ($42) or a 12-minute massage with mask ($50) are also offered, along with spa pedicures with massages of 18, 22, 28 and 35 minutes priced from $70 to $100. Every pedicure chair has liner protection.

Facial options include Ventana's Signature Facial, a 50-minute treatment at $65, the Fabulous Facial at $80 and the Anti-aging Facial at $110. Waxing covers the face, brows, lip and chin, underarms, arms, legs, back, bikini and Brazilian areas, and eyelash services start at $32 with brow tinting also listed.

The salon says every implement is sterilized after each use using medical-grade sterilization, and it uses disposable buffers and files. Clients should tell the salon about any health issues or diabetes before service and report any problem right away, or within 24 hours. Prices are listed on the menu and may change. Refunds are not offered, and cancellations need at least 3 hours' notice. After 3 cancellations without notice, clients cannot book appointments in advance. The salon's license does not allow ingrown nail removal, but staff will help manage ingrown nails and provide appropriate care.
