The salon says it aims to be clear with clients from the first consultation through the service, so they know what to expect. Each guest is offered a complimentary drink with their visit, and children are welcome during services as long as an adult supervises them at all times when they are not being served. Booking ahead is recommended to reserve a preferred time and technician, and walk-ins are accepted when a slot is open. Appointments are made by calling the salon directly. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
