The menu is organized by technique, including bohemian styles, Bora Bora, feed-in braids, French curl, box braids, knotless braids and twists, with sizes noted as small or medium and lengths running from midback through waist to butt length.

Each service lists its price and an estimated appointment length, which ranges from about three and a half hours for the lighter options to around ten hours for the longest Bora Bora and boho sets. Clients can use those estimates to plan their day before booking.

Booking requires a $35 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is applied to the final price. The deposit is returned if the studio cannot carry out the service because of a problem on its side. The remaining balance is paid in cash only. Same-day or squeeze-in appointments are $40.

Clients get a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals; appointments are canceled if the client has not communicated after 20 minutes. Hair should be blown out rather than straightened before the visit, and a blowout that has not been done beforehand is charged $15. Extra guests are discouraged, with the exception of a parent accompanying a client under 18.

For color, the included shades are 1b, 2, 4, 27 and 30. Other colors, such as burgundy, three-tone ombre and ginger, must be supplied by the client. Custom color mixes cost $20 extra and can lengthen the appointment.
