The menu is grouped into Color, Custom Color, Cut & Style, Extensions and Bridal. Color services are priced à la carte and don't include a blow dry or haircut. Custom color, offered in a private suite, is the salon's longer service. Each custom color visit includes a glaze, root shadow, a luxury hair treatment, a blow out and styling, and a haircut can be added.

Extensions use two methods. K-Tips attach individual strands with heat-attached keratin bonds. Hand-tied wefts are sewn onto a beaded foundation with no heat, glue or tape. Every extension service includes texture and color matching, a blending cut, styling, a personalized care plan and an at-home care guide. Because the quote depends on the individual, an extension consultation comes first. The salon says its extensions give the most natural looking results.

Bridal work covers a bridal preview, where a bride can try several hairstyles within the booked time, wedding-day bridal hair, and on-location hair and makeup priced for each bridal party. Bridal inquiries get a reply from the bridal coordinator within 48 hours. A wedding date is only secured once a contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

New color clients need a complimentary in-person consultation before booking. A credit is required to schedule, and a card must be kept on file. Changes or cancellations made with less than 36 hours' notice are charged 50% of the services originally booked. Refunds are not offered, but services are guaranteed when the recommended home product regimen is purchased. Concerns must be raised within 2 days of a service, and color adjustments must be done within 7 days. Children are welcome only when receiving a service. Hours are Tuesday by appointment only, Wednesday 12 to 8, Thursday 10 to 4, Friday 10 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 5.

Each service is personalized to the guest, with attention to how the guest's time is spent.
