Sessions are not run from a fixed script. The team adjusts each appointment to the condition of the skin on the day and moves treatments forward only as far as the skin can tolerate at that visit. The goal is to work on visible concerns while keeping the skin barrier healthy, and clients leave with written post-care instructions and simple routines they can keep up at home.
New clients can have a complimentary skin assessment. Bookings require a deposit that ranges from $10 to $45 depending on the service, and the new-client consultation deposit is $20. After a treatment, clients are advised to wait at least a few hours before applying makeup and to choose mineral-based products when they do.
The studio says it uses professional-grade skincare lines that it describes as rigorously tested and scientifically validated. It also says its skincare is suitable for all skin types and respects all Fitzpatrick skin types and ethnic backgrounds. Services cover facials, brow services, lash services, massage and consultations.
Personalized corrective treatments, with professional guidance and simple routines clients can maintain. Each session is adjusted to the skin on the day rather than following set protocols.
